This week Fabulous Fashion Celebrates International Fashion Day! Tonight I will sit with GLANCE International Agency CEO Patty Cortes to talk about International Fashion Day, a special event that runs from September 5th to September 6th. Patty has been going strong with GLANCE for a year now, and this event will celebrate the anniversary of her agency. International Fashion Day will feature 24 designers in 24 hours and is sure to be a hit!

This show will be the first in an ongoing series called: The Business of Fashion. The fashion industry in SL is one of the most successful communities in Second Life. It is an industry that can be very lucrative, that can be full of unity and at times full of drama. It is a complex network of Designers, Models, agencies, magazines, and bloggers who represent all levels of the SL fashion industry.

The Japanese designers of Second Life are a tight knit community that offer some of the most creative and innovative designs on the grid. While they are known to many in the SL fashion community, they go mostly unknown to most residents.
